What is your creative manifesto?
I experienced a burn out in mid 2016. As an empath, an introvert, a creative, a feeler, a human who internalizes heavily, battling perfectionism, insomnia, being overly critical of myself, and on and on.
Can we really reach a higher and higher potential without experiencing some anxiety, depression, doubt and frustration?
Ok, but how do you get out of it?
